essex boat jumble.

Hi went to the essex boat jumble site today,about 1045 didnt go in because it was raining and looked very empty turned round and went home ( only local ) wondered when back home if i made the right decision.
did you go and was it worth the effort.

I went. Had a stall there. It wasn't a dead loss, though it rained of course. I sold quite a bit of old pelt (=Chatham slang for quality chandlery) But everything was about two thirds of normal. So you were one third right not to go.

£5 for 24v VDO oil gauge, boxed as new...
£2 for a vetus exhaust transom fitting.
