I need to epoxy my steel keel in the next 7 days. Temperatures do not look like they eill reach the 10C. Is there an epoxy made for use at this time of year?

I have been using MAS Epoxy resin with the fast cure hardener over the winter for a variety of jobs and I have been pleased with how well it has cured. You need to warm it a bit to about room temperature to be able to dispense from the bottles, but otherwise no special treatment. Data sheet gives sensible curing times down to 5 degrees C. Available from East Coast Fiberglass Supplies.

You will need to verify this but I am fairly sure there is an alternative hardener for West epoxy that allows its use at lower temperatures. Fast hardener 205 information is that it can be used down to 4 degrees C but I would speak to someone who has done so before buying.

The problem isnt the Epoxy as low temp curing agents are available, the problem will lie with substrate temperature i.e. the keel as when applying these two pack products to substrates at lower temperatures they can "shock" and with epoxy this is when you can get a bloom and unless well rubbed down with copious amounts of water and wet and dry once it has cured, getting primers / antifouling to stick for any length of time will be very difficult
