Best thing that you could do with that is stick a screwdriver into each air compartment and wait until the bubbles stop:D I think youy could find somthing better for the money !!
 
The boat can be found new for around £100. Only intended for lake use I think.

The Seagull is a pretty old 40+ by the looks of it.
Old type Villiers ignition makes it 1968 or earlier I think. I'm not sure when they stopped using carbs with metal float bowls.

£150 rather optimistic i'd think

These things are fine for what they are, cheap inflatable toy. Bought one from Costco for not a lot of money a few years ago, quality is ok but too big and heavy for one person. Wouldn't put an engine on one though!
