Eno gas oven problems

My 2005 eno oven/cooker has an oven issue. Recently the flame is so low the oven barely heats. The flame is low on start, thermocouple isolated, and even lower when adjusted through the temp control knob. The burners on the other hand are fine.

Thoughts?

My guess is a blockage/restriction in the gas flow somehow.

More likely a dirty / blocked jet.

If not the jet, are all rings / oven affected? If so could be a faulty regulator.

Stove rings are fine. Any ideas on how to clean the jet or is best left to an expert?
