English Channel Nav warning??

I've tried the search facility (no comment) and Google to try and find the post that was on here a few weeks back about a temporary exclusion zone about 10Nm West of a line between the Needles and Cherbourg in mid-Channel. Can anyone remember it or point me in the right direction for any direct updates? TIA
