No! sorry, that is the Scotland royal standard, the "lion rampant" Its a joke between myself and "Baraka of Bute" a boat a bit further along the pontoon, both being Scots, He has a St. Andrews cross flying, I call him the Laird and he tries' not to call me early in the morning or late for dinner! I'm nbot a member of any club. But Rochester is close to where Englander was built.
