My PBO came through the door minus the DVD - anyone have a contact number for claiming the missing DVD? There wasn't one in the mag.

I did receive the DVD with my PBO and it is well worth looking at.Lots of good general advice which I had learnt on the RYA course but this was a very useful reminder.
I emailed Sarah Norbury (PBO editor) at sarah-norbury@ipcmedia.com to say thank you and received a reply by return.So try contacting her for the missing DVD

Mine was missing too! I emailed to ipcsubs@qss-uk.com a couple of days ago. Had an immediate auto reply then a proper reply today apologising and promising me a DVD within 3-5 days.
