Engine Control Ultraflex B85

Hello,
New to this site so apologise if posting this in the wrong place.
Anyway, can anyone advise whether the Ultraflex b58 engine control has adjustable friction settings, and if so,how to adjust it. Mine will not hold engine revs as the handle keeps creeping back to idle. All other functions of the unit are working well.
Any advise appreciated.
