Having wasted an hour late at night watching a repeat of the mind numbing ITV boat show coverage, could you nip round to Mr. Mansell's abode for me?
Ask him why an ex-copper thinks he can park his £150k Merc. on double yellow lines in front of the powerboat people's shed in full view of passing traffic and caught on camera?
Perhaps a citizen's arrest?
Post a few photos of his reaction and make watching the prog. worth my while.
Make sure he donates an extra £5 on his fine for victims support - (don't start me).

Wrong time of year - he'll be somewhere hotter or snowier.

I think the Merc was chauffeur driven, so wasnt parking.

Fortunatley we don't have speed cameras, here, far less any £5 surcharges.

Given his reaction to the trespassers last year, I'd be sure I had an invitation before going anywhere too close to his land!

I'd agree about the TV coverage though - just awful in general.
