Empty fishing boat on the Brambles Bank and home alone in Chi Hrbr

Did anyone hear this on the ch16, yesterday? A couple of boats reported a boat anchrored on/near the BB but with noone on board. I hope that there was a happy conclusion to this.

Whilst on the theme of anchored craft, did you hear last week on ch16 about the boat that had been anchored in Chi Harbour with female on board? Craft dragged anchor, so she mobiled for help. Turned out that she was supposed to staythere for three days alone and didn't know how to use engine or VHF and didn't have a dinghy attached. HM CG were, rightly a bit suspicious of the circumstances. Again, I'd love to hear the outcome fo this one as well.

Dunno anything about the first case, hopefully all's well that ends well.

The second was a local retired school teacher applying draconian punishment for poor spelling. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif
