Users of any device (smartphone, tablet, laptop, desktop) can receive an email alert when the condition of any given stretch of the non-tidal Thames changes (similar to the service the EA used two offer).
Instructions for this can be found on the River Thames Guide App support site - go to http://www.riverthamesguide.net and click on 'Tools' to find the simple instructions.
Once installed for your required river stretch(es) you will receive an email alert within a few minutes of the condition change being published on the EA site.
