I am surprised that some enterprising fellow hasn't put in a fuel pontoon, taking fuel lines from tescos under the road...

Any Investors on here???

Mind you there are already fuel pontoons in Cardiff & Penarth Marina - not to mention the one right next to Barrage!

I think you'll find the one by the barage is a pump out?

Wouldn't want to fill up there!
