I had set the tabs down to help get the boat to plain then I pressed the tab control pad to return them to the park position the led's on the starboard side then began to constantly flicker. Why?
Port led's are fine.

If they’re QL tabs it sounds like one has jammed/drowned.

as far as I know, when they are flashing, that means they are in operation and moving, or trying to, perhaps in this case. sounds like one may not be working properly. may need some oil, if you're lucky

When did you last change the little gaiters?
I expect the worst, sorry, it’s drowned and a sealed unit so can’t repair…….well you could try!!
if you can, swap the wires over to confirm that it is definitely the trim unit.

Gaiters changed last month(every other year).
Strangely the tabs worked fine today and the control panel didn’t flicker.
