Ellen is overtaking ships

According to www.teamellen.com as she caught a good breeze for the finishing line Ellen has been pushed into a shipping lane... but no problem cause she is overtaking most of them!

Did'nt Grant Dalton on club med get taken to court for overtaking ships in a shipping lane a few years back. Hummm
