Sorry I can't agree have delt with screwfix for a few years now with my company and have only had one small problem in all that time which was resolved after a couple of days, also when we bought a special offer cordless sds drill and found after six months there was problems with it's charging design we receved a full refund...so I think service is on a par with another great company Garmin!

Apart from a small difficulty which they publicised themselves,Screwfix are one of the better netcos.8 orders in the last year and no problems.

They did some system changes at the end of 2004 and were dreadful. Weren't answering the phones and the website was down. This went on for weeks. I don't know if it is fixed now. They were excellent the previous times I used them.

They are still bad... been waiting two weeks for lights... their phone helpline is like talking to a brick wall.
