elizabethan 31

there's a 1968 eliz 31 (full keel) for sale locally and i would like to know something about her speed in light mediterranean winds especially in summer, from fellow forumites pls.
Any other relevant info would be appreciated as i have no previous sailing experince (p.s. i already have seen the elizabethan web page).

They have a good reputation as sea boats, but I would have though she would be a bit heavy for good light weather performance. But, then, maybe she has a good engine!!
