Hi. Does anyone know the air draft of a liz 30. As far as I know it has the original rig. Hopefully someone might know it or else it's up the mast I go with the tape measure.
Thanks Karl.
No need to go up the mast. Just attach a piece of rope to main halyard, haul to top of mast. Mark on rope where it touches the coachroof. Drop rope and measure. Gives you mast height then add any extras on top such as ariel, measure height of coachroof to deck, deck edge to waterline, add all together and you have air draft. My guess would be around 13m.
Thanks for your reply. Well I have to say I didn't think if doing it that way but it has been a long hard week. That will give me something to do at the weekend.
Thanks Karl.
