Electropolishing 316 stainless steel

Hi,

I bought a side rdeck roller like the pic below but it is not polished. I heard that 316 SS can corrode if it is not polished and I wondered if anyone knows whether it is possible to electropolish complete items like this ? If so then who could do me a one off job on the South Coast near Brighton ?
