Simple one for you electronics guys but I know nada about them!
I have a Caframo Ultimate 757 fan which is playing up, so because of lockdown and nothing else to do, I opened it up. On the back of the two speed switch are two resistors banded gold, gold, brown, blue which I assume is a rating of 6.1 each (the bands are equidistant so I don't know which end you start!). I assume that on slow speed the current goes through both and on fast it only passes through one. There is another electronic bit...…….a yellow disc shaped one which is marked rx110f and 638 beneath that. What is it? I can't find the numbers under polyfuses, thermistors, resettable fuses. Thanks.
