A few weeks ago I noticed that my recently updated Navionics chart appeared to have out-of-date buoyage in the Thames's Yantlet channel.
For example, the chart showed Sea Reach No 3 SWM, when it was deleted in summer 2013 (per http://www.pla.co.uk/assets/L14_of_...tice_-_New_Yantlet_Channel_Buoyage_Layout.pdf).
1) How do vendors of electronic charts find out about such changes?
2) What would you regard as a reasonable response time (from issue of NTM to change showing up in update stream)?
3) Have you found electronic chart vendors responsive to corrections?
