Electricity Costs

Wanna know what it costs per month or per year to run electric appliances (greenhouse heaters in engine room?) look here for a great little calculator:

Ah, one of my gripes my Marina (in Sardinia) charges 4 euros a day while I'm there and connected up. I don't have A/C. I havent a clue what the actual cost is.

Don't really need a web page for this the sum is simple

Power of device (kW) x Cost per unit (£) x time used (h) = cost (£)

So a portable tv is about 60W, you buy elec at 7.4 pence per unit and run the tv for 4 hours.

0.06 x 0.074 x 4 = 0.017 (£) worth of cr*p you just watched.

Is that "free" as in fully included in the berth price.......

My electric was free in Plymouth. For four years. Then they remembered. So charged £450!!
