Electrician, Wanted

I posted this earlier on Mobo Chat only to have the thread hi-jacked. Not only was it hi-jacked but the hi-jacker got a response in an hour and ten minutes - harrumph. So I've chosen to ask a more discerning and judicious group of my peers.
Can anybody recommend a marine electrician in the Medway area (someone retired and odd jobbing would be just, well.......)? Naturally, I would prefer someone recommended by a previously satisfied customer.

Depends what you need. David Holden at Swale marine does a lot of different stuff but does charge commercial rates
