Electrical problem with trim tabs

Someone who could advise me how to fix my Bennet trims tabs. The fuses blow all the time. When I turn the main switch on, the hydralic power unit starts until the fuse blows. I have two lever controls (joysticks) and I have switched place without any change, nothing happens except that it starts to fume just before the fuse blows.
Could someone advise me where to look for the fault ?

Sounds like the pump motor is overloading. Strip pump and check bearings / seals are free running.
