hello to everybody,
we have a classic Colin Archer and we'd like to change our manual windlass, a norwegian one named Rupert, with a bronze electric one. Our Draumen is 37ft long and the displacement is 17 tons. Our chain is 7/16" with 1 1/4" pitch and 70mt long.
We found a Simpson&Lawrence Pacific V4000 for sale, so we are wondering if someone of you knows something about it, in general. Do you think it could fit good, is it reliable and so on.
