Yes that is the same system I have at the moment but can also pump from the holding tank out of the boat.Interesting. We have a manual Jabsco pumping to a holding tank, then a macerator pumps out via a 1/2" seacock. I'd previously considered installing an additional alternative direct-to-sea outlet to avoid unnecessarily filling the tank while at sea, but that would require a 1 .5" seacock . If I understand correctly the electric versions include a macerator so could pump via the existing small seacock if required?
You might want to think abut keeping one manual. That way, you're OK if there's a power supply problem.
