Electric Leroy Sommers windlass replacement

Hi
Does anyone know if there is a direct replacement ( with similar hole centres aNd overall dimensions) for the small vertical Leroy Sommers version as fitted to Jen/ Ben boats up to about 40 ft,

And if my suspicion is correct that nothing available how do you suggest I proceed to mount new one

A) cover existing holes with stainless plate both sides and re drill
B) re fibreglass and start new

Depends on how different the hole spacings are and whether you can access underneath to reinforce the area if needed. However, the principle is just to fill the holes with thickened epoxy and re-drill for the new ones.
