Electonics help needed

Hi Im looking for someone who can help me with sorting out the electronics/electrics on my Colvic Liberator based in Tollesbury Essex.

The engine instrument panel is working intermittently and there are some AIS VHF conflicts and the Webasto heater has stopped working. Electrickery is not my forte and so any recommendations or offers of help would be welcomed

Suggest you break down the problems more and give some details e.g which Instrument Panel, which AIS set up and heater symptoms.
