Did you get it stuck in the mud?

If you have seen earlier posts "What an anchor", "Meddy right to reply" etc you will know that anchoring matters have been high in my thoughts recently. The 2855 is prewired for an electric windlass. I have found the wires in the anchor locker but haven't tried tracing them back to the switch end or fuse panel.

Have sen them advertised around £500 but dont know if any other parts (ie solonoid) are included in that or how difficult it is to fit.

Yeah I too have found the pre wired loom in anchor locker but not found tuther end yet. Looks a doddle but..... my main concern is how to and were to fix the thing cos surely front cleats in the way ?
Not lost MY anchor yet but I am getting too old to pull the thing up and get full of cack at the same time uugh.
Bloody hot on the lake yesterday and very very busy due to the annual RAF display rafted in front of old England with about 40+ boats split into 4 rafts. That may be a record whadya think.
