Replaced aux key switch
Replaced a really old, old double fuse holder (see pic) with 2 inline fuses. I'll get a 12v fuse box later for a neater finish.

Went for a sail and no issues.
Fingers crossed, that's done it.

Fingers crossed, that's done it.
They were common in the 1980's and took a continental fuse. There should be a cover for it with a central thumb screw to hold it in place, plus slots for the wires. I replaced most of mine with blade type fuses.

Yes, the cover / thumbscrew were in place. But did NOT help 🤣

What a terrible design? Designed to fail I'd say.

Its a museum piece now...
