EGNOS has gone live

Switch WAAS/EGNOS mode on in your GPS Plotters system settings and you will now pick up EU's EGNOS Augmentation for the GPS system. They claim 2m accuracy. Screen shot was taken yesterday with only 60% view of horizon and got an impressive 4m circle of accuracy. I've played with it a bit over the past two years while it was on test, but yesterday they switched it on 24x7 for public access.

Strange, as the EGNOS signal I'm receiving is still showing the type-0 warning (ie. 'in test, do not use'), so my plotter won't use the signal. I'm continually suprised that "quality" equipment ignores the explict 'in test' flag.....
