This coule be taken two ways.......................
ECF = Laying out / down (can't recall!) not laying up
PoH - suppose you have to Fit Up first

The ECF has always spurned such tradition.
It has always been the Laying Down and Fitting Up Suppers. It's to show our independence and free spirit.
However, I would also advise that you must remember the rules.
Rule 1: There are no rules
Rule 2: If in doubt, see Rule 1.
Therefore, we are both right.

Why doesn't somebody just organise a date and place? The Bristol Arms was good a few weeks ago but Brightlingsea is probably a good compromise for the Crouchites and the Orwellites.
