EC42 Easy Sand Filler - unsaturated polyester filler - applications questions

Hi,
I bought said filler thinking that its quick curing will be lot of advantage. However I started to wonder - is it hard enough to apply on places which are exposed to wear, as cockpit bottom etc? Obviously I will paint it over, but I have feeling that epoxy with some filling additives might be better. What is your opinion?

It is great for car bodywork but I share your fear that it might be too soft for any heavy wear areas. Depends how thickly you intend to spread it, I am guessing that thin surfacing should be OK.
