Does anyone no what fuel pressure the D5 Airtronic works at? (what psi the pump is). the original pump is crazy expensive.

All airtronic heaters use a pulse fuel metering pump which deliver fuel to the combustion chamber. Some pump models are adjustable to increase or decrease the amount of fuel delivered.
What are the problems that you are experiencing with the heater/pump?

Very low pressure, but they are a pulsed pump with a specific output, I have a few new old stock if you want to PM me. Do not be tempted to use anything else that the correct Eber pump as it will deliver the wrong dose and the heater will not run correctly.
Edit to add, make sure it is the pump first by flashing 12v across the terminals, see if it clicks and give it a few sharp raps as they some times stick, a bit like an old starter solenoid which is actually what they are basically.

Most have a TINY filter on the inlet side does not take much to block it, worth checking before spending £££ I know from ££ experience.
