Eberspacher Hydronic D4WSC - service data/advice

My heater is running OK but I am aware that like most heating systems regular servicing pays long term dividends, and saves fuel.

I maintain my own domestic pressure jet boiler and have access to a gas analyser, what I don't have is a clue where to start with the above.

I downloaded from Eber's site both installation and technical manuals, alas with any issues beyond no fuel and a blown fuse one is urged to 'phone the customer hotline (sic).

I have followed previous servicing threads but from memory they dealt with hot air kit. If any member can give advice it would be appreciated.

I've been looking around for this too and the only thing I've found is a few Youtube demonstrations - I must get the sound card fixed to find out what they're about. Found them by Googling "eberspacher hydronic service".

Rob, thanks for the You Tube tip (sound definitely needed), however before viewing the clip an add appears offering what appears to be a full PDF workshop manual for $14.

You can download a repair guide free here. Service is basically a cleaning operation, unless anything needs replacing. The repair guide has step-by-step dismantling instructions.
