Eberspacher d2 is driving me nuts

Hi I'm having some trouble with my eberspacher d2
I have it wired up to my 801 controller
Followed both the d2 and 801 controller manual and all wires r connected correct
But when I start the heater it's like its on ventelation mode even tho I turn it in for hot air
But if I disconnect the grey /red wire it will fire up but give a fault code 60?
I serviced this early this year with a new glow plug screen so I cant c that being blocked and i took the ducting off to make sure there's no blockages
Any ideas?

Not suprising as the red grey wire sends the set temp level to the ecu. So your heater will work but you cant control the temp.
Possibly a ault inyour ecu Sorry is ky boad dg my head in have to abandon response!!

It's doing my head in too. Probably biscuit crumbs under the keys.
