Eberpacher DL5 lock out

We have used the DL5 over the winter for periods of up to eight hours with no problem.

It runs on red diesel.

This weekend, it wouldn't start. The programmer takes the commands but nothing!

I understand it can lock out.

Why would it do this and how do I reset?
