Is this another one of those waste of money types, or does this one actually give you charts as seller states?

It is just the saame one as beofre, you have to download your own charts as the listing tells yo. Seems to have plenty of satisfied customers though

It is all available to you for nothing - but it isnt all necessarily current.
The charts are NOAA.
