I don't get any messages when I go into the site. Just goes in as normal.

Looks more like its your PC that has the problems (corruption somewhere, or already compromised) .
No problems tonight here with the EasyTide site.

They've forgotten to renew their certificate. I shouldn't worry too much

You'll only get the error if you go to a secure page (https rather than http) so you won't see the message on the home page etc, only if you try to login to an account etc
