You know those annoying "Need More Money" posters you see at roundabouts, well they're spreading to boats too. I spotted these three in one marina last year...

I beleive this is some kinda creative accountantcy thing, so as you can claim summat back for using your boat for advertising....or am I just a synical git.

All these people are promoting there own business - all three represent different companies and use networking to develop residual/royalty income. One couple in your pic are in my business and making pots of money. They have the money and the free time to go with it.
