Easter weather forecast

We are planning our regular Spring shake down cruise, Gosport to Weymouth for Easter weekend.
The BBC 5 day forecast suggests nice and warm on Friday but light winds and poor vis
Anyone else seen a better long range forecast to cheer me up, a SE 4/5 on Friday and Saturday going round to SW 4/5 on Sunday would be perfect?

Good news, i've had another look and altho it's a bit too soon to be certain, it seems as though it's going to be a SE 4/5 on Friday and Saturday going round to SW 4/5 on Sunday. Is that a bit better for you? more info on www.makinguptheforecast.com

A sudden drop in pressure is likely to leave things a little flat, but you should be ok provided you have the right gear.

Despite what the forecast trie's to tell you, It would be normal form being Easter or any other Bank Holiday to be "s h 1 t"........but I guess you can always expect for a miracle.
