In Chatham Dockyard is a firm that does excellent work to damaged propellers called Invicta Marine Ltd. Invicta Marine Ltd | Propeller Repair and Supply

A friend with a Broom 38 had suffered some pitting and slight edge damage to both his props. Replacement was £4000, but they a being fully refurbished for £1000. I have hear from others who have also used them with excellent results.

Can recommend Invicta they have repaired props which other repairers have suggested are beyond saving.
You can actually go into their workshop and see where the job is done, no office between you and blokes doing the job.
Have been there when they were about to start work on some really knackered Uber Clippers props.
They have in the past straightened various "P" brackets for me and most recently repaired this.
