As has a problem yesterday with site; my post disappeared into the giant blackhole. /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif similar to flyingspud you fill in the details, if available it would be great to attend a east coast tour. Based gillingham, would meet ramsgate, not done Ostend before. looking forward to it.

Update & date proposal

Scuttlebutt never ceases to amaze me – only five days since I posted and we’re up to 10 (possible) boats and 6 crew already.

Below the situation today 02/03/05

BOATS

Could those with boats post if they have free berths available for "crew"?

To make it a bit more concrete and less “pie in the sky” I would propose the last WE in May as a date. It’s a UK bank holiday WE, but not a Belgian one (should be less crowded). Also sufficiently late: everyone should be in the water by then and a reasonable guarantee of some halfway decent weather.

Let me know what you think. Could you make it? If not, open to alternative suggestions

Joile Brise will be going its our usuall Whit w/e trip. will almost certainly go over on the thursday as last year as it makes for a more relaxed trip
