I'd found this company and thought, from its CS blurb, that I'd discovered a customer-friendly outfit. So I tried to place an order and a query.

After 9 failed attempts to negotiate their Captcha, I've given up. No wonder British business is struggling. I'll bet good money that no-one from that business has ever attempted to try out the 'customer experience'. :mad:

Always found them to be excellent.

Even rang me to give me advice on a product I was enquiring about.

Never had a problem myself;always very helpful knowledgeable
 
I found the service Ok recently, although the people were a bit lacking in customer service skills when I had an incorrect order. In their defence they did sort everything quickly and efficiently.

Sorry to hear you've been having problems with the captcha on our site, oldbilbo, and sorry this seems to have put you off using us - Especially as we pride ourselves on attention to our customers. I'm sure you appreciate that we do have to have security measures in place to protect our site from spammers and scammers :)

Seeing your post prompted me to go and check the captcha, and it is working correctly so I can't see why you might have struggled when you tried. Apologies for the inconvenience, in any case.

We are also available on Twitter and Facebook, should you wish to contact us that way, and even By Telephone :eek: In fact, most of our enquiries come over the phone so you can be assured your call will be answered quickly during business hours.

Thanks for pointing it out, too, we will certainly look at the ease of use of the captcha during our next software review. And thanks for all the kind comments on this thread from other users!
