East Coast Buoy Positions (waypoints) file

Does anyone know where I can get a file (csv, txt or xls) of the buoy positions on the East Cost?

Admiralty light lists spring to mind. Don't know if they do electronic versions.

No, but download EasyGPS and while away some winter evenings creating your own.
Remember to do this with the latest NTMs in your mitt!

I can key them directly into Seatrack, my chart plotting/tactical software but what would be nice is the East Coast equivalent of the buoy positions on this site http://www.humber.com/
