Earthquake in South Asia

I am just wondering if there is anyone participating on this forum currently sailing in South Asia which was hit by EARTHQUAKE this morning. Would be interesting to found out how this disaster hit boats in that area. There are reporst of hundreds of fishing boats missing, divers and so on.

We have friends on the Blue Water Rally that is in Phuket at the moment. if you look on the Blue water Rally web site there are several eye witness acounts.

Everyone is safe only a few boats had slight damage or lost anchors.

I received this link yesterday from a friend who got this firsthand from HIS friend. If you read nothing else, go all the way down to "Ed's" report, about his struggle to save himself and his wife Helen, and the emotional agony he went through afterwards.
