It seems increasingly difficult to find an early breakfast around Chichester. Yes we trekked all the way down to Hayling Island to be told at Sparkes that they didn't open till 9.30, Chi, I think is 8.30.
But - found JR's Diner - 11 Rails Lane where they are up and about at 6 a.m. Scrambled eggs on toast on the front peering through the sea mist with only an aberrant traffic warden to worry us - you are all right for 45 minutes! What happens if they are super busy! Nice place, well worth a try.
