Part of 'a wider thing', a joint two-borough redevelopment which includes flattening one of the less salubrious council estates in West London at the same time. E/C will of course become luxury,mega amazing doodah-dangling minuscule apartments.
And if the buyers are lucky, there will even be enough money left over after the cost of buying the site, to spend some money on the build as well. Nah, I jest, it will be styrofoam clad, audibly transparent steel and blockwork with sticko stone trim and funky glazing. Maybe
