I wouldn't be overly concerned, the EA doesn't have the capability to do its full regulatory job never mind check what websites I've been looking at and unless it starts a major recruitment drive, doesn't have the intelligence staff to do it either.

Just having a mobile phone switched on in your pocket allows the "authorities" to know where it is. If you have nothing to hide you have nothing to worry about.

Actually, thinking about it , if all inland craft had to have AIS fitted as a licence condition it would half help checking ahead if any space at Hampton Court and earn the EA a few quid catching speed and wash merchants.
