Ooo...
We should be arriving on Sunday as planned after a couple of nights in St Kats.
Slight hiccup in the boat dept, looked like it might scupper the ETA, but on the blocks last night and plans now back on track.
Four RCC boats in total at the mo coming round.
Spect it will be wet and windy by then ?

Are you escaping the Medway on Friday?

The Plan.
Catch the ebb to Sheerness and then the flood up to Tower Bridge.
We are stopping in St Kats , the others are going directly on to Teddington and then TMYC.
Probably our first night on the Golden pond will be Hampton Court and then make it up as we go along.

I shall be doing the same on Thursday, from Chatham.
1st stop Teddington for me
Christ. If you intend to say at Tedd Friday 22nd. In wouldn’t. Schools break up (not fee paying …) and it will be chaos with hundreds of kids due lockside.

That’s with the poor kid who drowned in Hampton on Monday. Couldn’t swim but still jumped from bridge ….

Oh yes it did. It was the best on the River.
Then a lorry drove into the car park, crushed the land drain (wrong sort of pipe used) and EA couldn't manage to find the funds to repair it.
That was years ago.....

What a shambles. Glad we're leaving / left...
