FFS!!
The EA has got to be one of the most arrogant and totally useless organisations in Britain - who else, for example, would arrange to have a whole town's flood defences stored in a warehouse 50 miles away so when a flood came, the defences couldn't get through?
And of course no heads will roll....
Complete bunch of w'nkers, except for the guys on the ground.

Sounds about right... fiddling while Rome burns.
It OK though, there are one or two ex British Airways managers looking for a job. The EA can take them on as consultants and learn how to really Phuq everything up.

They might even sell them to senior employees, obviosly discounted.
Like our gordy "time to go" write to your mp and vote for BW

And yet in the users survey results last year which are still on the EA web site, "Marketing" was consistently the lowest priority to spend money on by all respondents to the survey.
Highest priority was Maintenance which included "Dredging" - They took a lot of notice of that then!
